1About Doing Physical Exercise Physical exercise is very important to a happy life. There is a famous saying: "Life lies on exercise." The first reason is that the pace is regular and predictable. I can also enjoy the summer and winter vacations every year to accompany my family and refresh myself. Teachers are often considered to be the engineer of people’s soul. Thirdly, I’d like to be with young people. They are so energetic, who can give me strength and inspiration.
