乳腺癌组织中MMP 作者：李洪涛 宁连胜 张斌 (河北北方学院附属第一医院肿瘤外科,河北 张家口 075000;天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺一科，天津 300070) 【摘要】 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP2、MMP9在乳腺癌中的表达情况及与临床预后的关系。方法：采用组织芯片及免疫组化SP法检测了183例乳腺癌组织中MMP2、MMP9的表达水平。结果：乳腺癌组织中MMP2和MMP9的阳性表达率分别为770%(141/183)和656%(120/183)。乳腺癌组与良性对照组MMP2、MMP9的表达具有显著性差异( P 001)。 MMP2的表达与肿瘤大小有关(P=0010)，与临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移状态、组织学分级密切相关(P均 001);MMP9的表达与组织学分级有关(P=0012)，与肿瘤大小、临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移状态密切相关(P均 001); MMP2和MMP9的表达与年龄、月经状态、病理类型以及雌孕激素受体状态无关。MMP2、MMP9高表达组10年生存率均低于低表达组。结论：MMP2、MMP9均可作为乳腺癌患者预后判断的指标。 【关键词】 乳腺癌;基质金属蛋白酶;组织芯片;诊断;预后 Expressions and Prognosis Importance of MMP2 and MMP9 in Breast Cancer LI Hongtao, NING Liansheng, ZHANG Bin Department of Oncology,The First Affiliated Hospital，Heibei North University,Zhangjiakou,075000,Hebei,China;Department of Breast, The Cancertreating Hospital，Tianjin Medical University, Tianjin, 300070,China 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To observe the expressions of MMP2 and MMP9 in breast cancer, and investigate their correlation with the clinical prognosis for breast cancer Methods: MMP2 and MMP9 were detected by Microarray and SP immunohistochemical technique in 183 patients with breast cancerResults: ①The expression levels of MMP2 (770%) and MMP9 (656%) in the breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those of benign breast diseases (P 001)②MMP2 was correlated with the tumor size (P =0010), and significantly correlated with clinical TNM stage, histological grade, and lymph node status MMP9 was correlated with the histological grade (P =0012), and significantly correlated with tumor size, clinical TNM stage, and lymph node status (P 001) MMP2 and MMP9 had no correlation with age, pathological type, the status of ER and PR③The survival rate of 10 years in the group of MMP2 and MMP9 overexpression was lower than that of lowexpression the group.Conclusion: MMP2 and MMP9 all could serve as markers for prognosis judgment of breast cancer patients. 【KEY WORDS】 Breast cancer; Matrix Metalloproteinases; Microarray; Diagnosis;Prognosis
