中文摘要 在金融危机的影响下，美国对我国实施的贸易保护越来越多，影响到了中美之间的贸易关系。本文通过从反倾销、反补贴、特保措施、惩罚性关税措施四个方面的概述分析美国对我国实施贸易保护的趋势，从案件数量急剧增长、贸易手段的综合性、涉及领域扩大、出口涉案金额增大、易引起连锁反应五个方面探究了美国对我国实施贸易保护的特点，并有针对性的从政府、行业协会、企业三个角度来分析应对美国保护措施采取的措施。 关键词： 美国，贸易保护，趋势，特点，对策 Abstract Under the influence of the financial crisis, the U.S. trade protection against Chinas implementation of more and more affecting Sino-US trade relations. In this paper, from the anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures, punitive tariff measures, an overview of four aspects of analysis of U.S. trade protection against Chinas implemen
