双速变速箱的设计 The design of Two-speed gearbox 哈尔滨工程大学本科生毕业论文 双速变速箱的设计 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 双速变速箱是一种现代新型变速装置，综合了传统减速器和双离合器式变速箱(Double Clutch Transmission，DCT)的基本工作原理，它能够在不进行更换零部件的前提下，通过程序控制进行不同的传动比输出。它的的传动效率高、结构简单，克服了普通变速箱换挡动力中断的缺陷，使高速运动和低速运动之间的转换更加平稳、可靠。本文以双速变速箱的设计为任务展开设计，其在零件设计和部件组合上，采用现代科技方法，利用有限元分析和三维建模的方法，对设计的零部件件进行装配校核分析，使其在满足性能要求的基础上，力争总体质量最轻。在设计完成后进行三维运动仿真实验，并测绘其输出运动图线，验证该设计是否按照给定运动图线进行运动，并在此基础上进行优化设计，确保双速变速箱的设计满足设计要求，能够准确无误的完成传动动力的工作。 关键词：双速变速箱；有限元分析；三维仿真 ABSTRACT The two-speed gearbox is a new modern speed shifting device, which works based on combination of the basic working principle of the traditional reducer and double clutch transmission (DCT). Using program control, it can transmit two different ratios of speed instead of changing its elements. It has advantage of high transmission efficiency, simple structure, and overcomes the defect of power interruption by the ordinary gearbox, therefore the conversion between the high-speed and low-speed movement is more stable and reliable. Using modern science and technology method, the two-speed gearbox parts was designed. With the method of finite element analysis and three-dimensional simulation modeling, the design of parts and components assembly was checked, which ensure to meet the performance requirement for the overall quality of the lightest. After completion of the design of 3-D movement simulation experiment, check the output movement of surveying and mapping graph line, verifying whether the design is carried out based on the given motion diagram line, to ensure that whether the two-speed gearbox design meets the design requirements, and to complete accurate work with the drive power .
