e 毕业论文(设计) 题 目 多轴尺寸在线测量装置设计及研究 学生姓名 ee 学号 ee 所在院(系) 机械工程学院 专业班级 ee 指导教师 ee 2007 年 5 月 20 日 多轴尺寸在线测量装置设计及研究 作者：ee （ee） 指导老师：ee [摘要] 本次毕业设计主要是研究光幕千分尺的工作原理、光幕千分尺的功能以及影响光幕千分尺测量精度的因素。研究的对象是德国米铱生产的optoCONTROL 2600-40 光幕千分尺，optoCONTROL光幕千分尺系列产品利用了不同的阴影投射原理，，除了使用CCD成像感光片技术结合激光和LED光源外，还应用了光照能量感光片的测量原理。optoCONTROL光幕千分尺由光源和接收器（CCD感光片或光能感光片）组成，光源发射出一束持续的平行光幕准确照射到接收器上，当有被测物体阻隔时，通过接收器就可以感应到阴影或能量的变化。而 optoCONTROL 2600系列，是凭借CCD感光片测量被阻挡后产生的阴影的位置。因此，光幕千分尺可以测量如直径、间隙、位置、振幅及数量等多维几何量。optoCONTROL 2600-40的量程为40mm,分辨率为0.1um,可实现6种位移测量功能，影响其测量精度的主要因素是工件位置的摆放。本次毕业设计采用的工件主要有标准工件、铸铁和钢管等。 [关键词] 光幕千分尺 位移测量 CCD 工作原理 功能 测量精度 Base On The Screen Micrometer Displacement Of Measurement Research ee (ee) Tutor:ee Abstract: The graduation project is to study the curtain micrometer works, curtain micrometer features and factors affecting the curtain micrometer precision.
