摘 要 本设计研究的主要是车床的主运动，这类主运动的设计主要用于对普通车床的改造和升级，以适应当前我国机床工业发展的现状，在具体的各种加工生产中以使具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。 CA6140型普通机床的加工范围非常的广泛，广泛用于车削内外圆柱面，圆锥面及其他选准面，车削各种公制、英制、模数和径节螺纹，并能进行钻孔，铰孔和拉油槽等工作。设计主轴箱主要是针对主运动的方案选择和主运动设计，动力设计这两方面。 本设计主要包括根据一些原始数据（其中包括机床的类型、规格等）结合实际条件和情况对车床一些参数进行拟定，再根据拟定的参数，进行传动方案的比较，确定传动方案。然后计算各传动副的传动比及齿轮齿数，再估算齿轮的模数和各轴的轴径，进行结构设计，并对齿轮和轴的强度、刚度进行校核。除此之外，还要对箱体内的主要结构进行设计，一些零件的选型，从而完成对整个主传动系统的设计。 关键词：车床；主运动；设计 Abstract The design study is mainly the lathes mainmovement, such main movement is designed to be used for the transformation of ordinary lathe to accommodate the current development status of Chinas machine tool industry, with a certain degree of economic and social benefits.
