While the small and medium enterprises’ life of our country are under the world’s equal standard obviously, and one of the reason that effects the small and medium enterprises’ life is the problem of small and medium enterprises financing. So it is very helpful to improve the small and medium enterprises’ life and its’ development by solving the problem. This essay introduces a series of basically knowledge and theories about the small and medium enterprises financing, including the concept, way and characteristics of the small and medium enterprises. At the same time, this essay analysis the reason why the small and medium enterprises have difficulties in finance, and puts forward some strategies and advises for the small and medium enterprises financing. The conclusion of the study do good to improve the small and medium enterprises’ financial capability, promote the small and medium enterprises’ development continuously so that to increase our social economy stably and to promote our urbanization process.
