 毕业论文（设计）独创性声明 本人郑重声明所提交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在指导教师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。除文中特别加以标注的地方外，论文中不包含他人已经发表的学术成果或者他人为获得高等院校学位而使用过的材料，论文（设计）中不涉及任何知识产权纠纷。否则，本人将承担一切责任。 学生签名：__________ 日 期：__________ 摘 要 号称“中国渔都”的舟山，以其丰富的渔业资源享誉海内外，是中国最主要的水产品出口地之一，目前正遭受着经济危机所带来的“寒潮”，出口步调明显放缓，企业利润大幅下降。SWOT战略分析理论得出舟山水产品出口的战略类型应为增长型战略。综合舟山水产业成长期和增长型战略的特点可知舟山水产品出口的战略选择可从产品和市场两方面入手，从而得出促进舟山水产品出口的策略。其中，大力发展来进料加工和走内外贸相结合的道路是文中较有建设性的措施。 关键词：；；Abstract Zhoushan is well known as the city of fisheries in China, which is famous for its rich fishery resources and one of the most important harbors for aquatic products export. While it is suffering the cold wave brought from the 2008 financial crisis, which lead to the slowdown of export and dramatic decline of business benefits. Based on the present situation of Zhoushan’s aquatic products export, this paper analyzed its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and the relationships between them, and then used the industrial lifecycle theory to demonstrate that Zhoushan’s aquaculture was at the growth period, the product supply was growing rapidly and the market was expanding continuously. Followed by using the SWOT analysis theory to find out the growth-type strategy should be the strategic type of Zhoushan’s aquatic products export. Integrating the characteristic of growth with the growth-type strategy, we concluded product and market should be the key points while choosing suitable strategy for Zhoushan’s aquatic products export. Then we came up with two strategies to promote Zhoushan’s aquatic products export. Of this, two constructive measures were: developing processing with import material and combining exporting with internal trade.
