大连市某酒店中央空调设计 Design of Central Air-Conditioning System for A Hotel of Dalian 2013 届 土木工程 系 专 业 建筑环境与设备工程 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 2013 年 6月 日 摘 要 本次设计的内容是大连市某四星级酒店中央空调系统设计，该酒店高约40，是一座综合性建筑物。 大楼总建筑面积为26487,其中空调面积为19359，酒店主楼地面10层，其中一层为酒店的大堂、包厢,二层为桑拿房，三层为餐厅、娱乐中心，四到十层为客房。 首先，确定室、内外参数，根据建筑资料及气象参数，采用冷负荷系数法计算建筑物的热、湿负荷，考虑到建筑物的结构和使用功能方面，在设计空调水系统时，采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。然后，进行风机盘管、新风处理设备、冷冻机组等的选型和风管和水管的水力计算，最后，进行制冷机房的设计，包括冷冻水系统、冷却水系统、补水系统的设计，确定冷水机组的型号、台数以及其他机房辅助设备的型号、台数。 毕业设计是教学计划中一个重要的教学环节，是培养我们运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的一个重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学专业理论知识，培养独立工作能力，分析解决一般工程实际问题的能力，使我们受到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。 Abstract The content of the design is the design of central air-conditioning system for a Hotel Of Dalian, the height of this building is about 40 meters, which is a synthetic building. The total building area is 26487㎡,and the air-conditioning area is 19359㎡,the building is 10 floors.And the first floor is the hotels lobby and private rooms, the second floor for the sauna, third is dining-room and entertainment centers, the rest floor four to ten layers as the guest room. First,basing at the character of the air-conditioning design in Amuse the city, the cooling load and damp load are calculated by CLC method. As consideration the building structure and its usage, the scheme of air-conditioning system of this building is fan-coil unit with additional individual fresh air unit. Then, the fan-coil, air-conditioning units of fresh air, water-cooling units is selected. And the hydraulic calculation of the air and water system is done.
