毕业设计说明书 学生姓名： 黄邦 学 号： 学　 院： 机电工程学院 专业年级： 09级热能与动力工程二班 题 目： 苏丹东卡哈拉主泵站的概念设计及主泵 选型设计 指导教师： 杨辉 副教授 评阅教师： 谢洁飞 副教授 2013　年　5月 摘要 苏丹东卡哈拉主泵站位于苏丹尼罗河旁边，设计此泵站总的提水量为32立方米每秒，设计过程中采用的是9台立式斜流泵，8台泵参与工作，一台备用，每台斜流泵的流量为4立方米每秒，选用与泵配套的电机是在长沙电机厂找得的一种YKK系列的大型三相异步电动机 。水泵采用的是单独钢管出水，直到出水池，水泵采用电动机直联驱动。泵房采用水下桩基础形式，水泵为湿坑进水形式，水泵直接放置于河水中从河里取水，所以设计的泵房为湿室型泵房。此泵站中设计的辅助设备有起重设备、计量设备、通风设备和防水锤设备。采用的计量设备是电磁流量计，起重设备是QD型电动双梁双钩桥式起重机，通风设备是轴流通风机，本泵站采用缓闭阀门来减少水锤的冲击。 关键词：泵站，立式斜流泵，电机，泵房 Su Dandong kahala pumping stations Abstract: Su Dandong hala pumping station next to the Nile in Sudan，Design the pump station in water yield is 32 cubic meters per second，Used in the process of design is 9 sets of vertical oblique flow pump，8 pump to participate in the work，A backup，Each oblique flow pump flow rate of 4 cubic meters per second，Selection of motor and pump matching is in changsha motor factory have to find a large YKK series three-phase asynchronous motor。Pump uses is separate steel pipe water, until out of the pool, water pump driven by motor straight league.
