社会主义和谐社会视野下的教育公平与人的全面发展 摘 要 构建社会主义和谐社会的基本价值取向是以人为本，以人为本在社会发展的视角下就是满足人的需要、充实人的能力、提升人的生活品质、实现人的全面发展为目标的。而实现社会公平和人的全面发展的基本途径是教育。 教育是以培养人和传播优秀思想为目的的无比崇高的人类事业，在促进人的全面发展教育方面有着不可替代的作用。而作为一个民族最根本的事业，是充实人民生活、维持社会生存与发展和延续民族生命的根本之所在，教育事业比之于社会其他财富更易于促进社会公平和发展，是构建社会主义和谐社会的基石，是建设强国、促进社会发展的必然选择。 而教育公平是实现人的全面发展的保障，教育公平就是人的全面发展起点的公平，是社会公平的很重要的组成部分。教育公平作为社会公平价值在教育领域的延伸和体现，不仅是教育现代化的基本目标，也是社会公平的重要基石。我国目前存在的教育不公平的情况影响着人的全面发展和和谐社会的建设。因此，必须在坚持以人为本的科学发展观前提下，加强教育公平建设，以更好地实现人的全面发展、构建新时期的社会主义和谐社会。 关键字：社会主义和谐社会，以人为本，人的全面发展，教育公平，现况及措施 Education fair with the all-round development of the people under the vision of a socialist harmonious societyAbstract The basic value orientation of building a socialist harmonious society is people-oriented , people-oriented in the perspective of social development is to satisfy the needs of the people , the ability to enrich the people and enhance the quality of life of the people , to achieve comprehensive development goals .
