镇江市现代港口物流产业发展战略研究 [摘要]镇江港地处苏南经济板块，区位优势明显，本该同世界其他港口一样，如安特卫普港、香港港等，通过自身优势与外部机会推动现代港口物流产业的发展。但近年来，镇江港不仅与南京港、苏州港等先进港口差距在拉大，而且与原本实力较弱的泰州港、连云港港等距离也在缩小。面对日益激烈的竞争，如何发展现代港口物流产业、提高地区综合竞争实力，已成为亟待解决的问题之一。 本文立足于镇江港实际情况，以研究相关的现代港口物流知识为基础，从镇江港现代物流产业宏观环境、发展现状等入手，分析镇江港现代物流产业存在的不足及原因，进而通过SWOT分析后利用AHP方法对所得定性结果量化，从而对镇江市现代港口物流产业的发展战略展开探讨。最后，通过镇江市现代港口物流产业发展的战略目标定位进一步提出具体对策，为镇江市相关部门与企业提供借鉴与参考。 [关键词] 镇江 现代港口物流 SWOT AHP Modern Port Logistics Industry Development Strategies And Measures of Zhenjiang [ABSTRACT]Zhenjiang port is located in the South of Jiangsu economic plate, and its location advantages are obvious, just as other ports in the world, such as Antwerp port, Hongkong port, which use their advantages and external opportunities to promote the development of modern port logistics industry. But in recent years, not only the gap between Zhenjiang port and the advanced ports like Nanjing port, Suzhou port is becoming widening, but also the range between some weaker ports, such as Taizhou, Lianyungang port, is narrowing. Faced with the increasingly fierce competition, how to develop the modern port logistics industry and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the region has become one of the urgent problems that needs to be solved. Based on the actual situation of Zhenjiang port, with the related knowledge of modern port logistics as the foundation, starting from the macro environment and the current situation of Zhenjiang port, this paper will analyse the shortcomings of port of Zhenjiang modern logistics industry, as well as its reasons.Then, through the SWOT strategy analysis, the qualitative results will be quantitative by using the AHP method, so as to discusses the development strategy of modern port logistics industry in Zhenjiang. Finally, the target position of Zhenjiang modern port logistics industry development will help to put forward specific measures, and provide references for the related departments and enterprises of Zhenjiang.
