纳溪沟5000吨货运高桩码头
摘 要
本设计基于重庆公路运输有限公司纳溪沟5000吨 货运码头而提出的。根据地形地貌、地质条件、水位、初步计算、概预算、等决定采用架空直立式高桩码头,以便能够满足今后的使用要求。
该码头由面板、横梁、纵梁、嵌岩灌注桩、靠船柱等构成,各构件安装就位后均采用现浇钢筋混凝土节点连接使其形成连续结构。
本设计内容主要包括码头的总平面布置、码头的结构方案的比选、面板、门机梁的内力计算、码头结构中横向排架的内力计算,桩与横梁的配筋计算。首先,根据设计资料书进行总平布置;接着,进行方案设计及比选,通过全面考虑工程概算、结构的合理性、施工的难易程度及工程经济性等进行比选,提出推荐方案,最终决定所选用的码头结构形式;之后,对前方桩基进行结构尺寸选型,进而对各结构进行内力计算及桩的承载力验算,使结构满足要求。结构设计包括了横向排架、及门机轨道梁结构设计。

ABSTRACT
The design is based on Chongqing Road Transport Co., Ltd. 5,000 tons of cargo terminals Naxigou put forward. Based on topography, geological conditions, water level, preliminary calculations, budget estimate, and so decided to use aerial vertical wharf, to be able to meet future requirements.
The terminal from the panel, beams, stringers, rock-socketed pile, by the bollards, etc., and all components are installed in place of reinforced concrete with cast nodes are connected to form a continuous structure.
The design mainly includes the general layout of terminals, the terminal structure of the program selection, panel, door beam of the force calculation, Terminal Transverse structure of the force calculation, pile and beam reinforcement calculation. First of all, according to the design data book for the general layout; then, the program design and selection, through full consideration to engineering estimates, the structure is reasonable, the ease of construction and engineering economic comparison, etc., in making the recommendation the plan will eventually determine the choice of terminal structure; after the pile on the table in front of the structure size selection, and thus the structure of the internal force calculation and checking the bearing capacity of piles, to make the structure meet the requirements. Structural design includes a horizontal bent, and the design of gantry crane rail beams.
