摘要 本设计为XX酒店综合楼给水排水及消防建设工程施工组织设计，位于四川省德阳市。本工程包括生活给水系统、生活热水系统、生活污水系统、雨水系统、消火栓给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统。该工程给水排水及消防安装按施工准备阶段、与土建的配合阶段、安装阶段、调试阶段和维护保修阶段五个方面来进行部署。施工于2012年11月3日开工，2013年6月24日完工，计划工期235天。本施工组织设计阐述了施工过程中常见问题及解决办法，文中所述的施工工艺及技术措施能较好的指导施工，使各分部分项工程质量、进度及成本得到有效控制，能保证各阶段施工有序进行。 关键词：给水排水工程 施工组织 进度控制 质量控制 Abstract The design for the XX hotel complex construction of water supply and drainage and fire engineering construction design, located in Deyang, Sichuan. The works include the domestic water supply systems, domestic hot water systems, sewage systems, drainage systems, fire hydrant water supply system, automatic sprinkler system. The project water supply and drainage and fire installation according to the construction preparation stage, the cooperation with the construction phase, installation phase, commissioning and maintenance of the warranty phase five aspects to be deployed. Construction on November 3, 2012 start, June 24, 2013 completed, planned duration of 235 days. This construction organization design expatiated the common problems and the solving methods in construction process, the construction technology and technical measures in this paper will better to guide construction,and made each division component project’s quality, schedule and cost to be controled effectively, also can guarantee the stage construction in an orderly way.
