河 北 建 筑 工 程 学 院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 唐山酒店建筑弱电设计（一） 学 科 专 业 建筑电气与智能化 班 级 电智093 答辩委员会主席签字： 摘要 智能化建筑是当今社会建筑的发展趋势，而本设计就是典型智能化建筑工程设计。唐山酒店是大型服务类智能建筑，本设计是按智能建筑的要求设计唐山酒店的建筑电气工程，其中包括了弱电设计、消防设计、照明设计、防雷保护设计。 本设计首先阐述了设计背景和设计目的，然后是唐山酒店的建筑概况和设计要求。设计主体内容为：1、弱电设计，主要是有线电视系统设计，安全防范系统设计，综合布线系统设计等；2、消防设计，主要是火灾报警控制系统设计,有防火分区的划分，探测器系统，应急广播系统，手动报警系统，消火栓系统，防火卷帘及消防电话的设计等；3、照明系统，主要有灯具和插座的选择布置，照明配电箱及线路的选择及设计等；4、防雷保护，主要有防雷等级的计算，接闪器的设计等。所有设计都严格遵从设计规范，给予敷设和安装要求及方式。 关键词：视频监控；综合布线；火灾报警；照度；防雷保护 Abstract Intelligent building is the development trend in todays society building, and the design is typical of intelligent building design. Tangshan Hotel is a large service class intelligent building, the design is based on the requirements of intelligent building design Tangshan hotel building electrical engineering, including a weak design, fire design, lighting design, lightning protection design.
