摘 要 该文以青岛市竹岔岛旅游开发为例，从分析国内外海岛旅游开发现状入手，结合国内外成功案例，提出区域整合开发的同时追求特色定位才是海岛旅游可持续发展的关键。文章采用SWOT分析法，评价竹岔岛旅游开发过程中面临的机会威胁以及自身具备的优势劣势，指出要把竹岔岛建设成独具特色的旅游岛、并解决青岛市各海岛现存的资源破坏性的过度开发、各海岛之间的替代性竞争等问题，必须在外部建立青岛市海岛旅游联合区、内部进行旅游功能分区，发挥各海岛的优势，突出特色的同时，从旅游资源开发和产品设计等角度对青岛市海岛旅游开发进行整体定位，才有可能将竹岔岛建成青岛最有发展潜力的著名海岛。 关键词：海岛旅游 区域资源整合 青岛市 竹岔岛 Abstract The paper based on the tourism development of the Zhucha islands in Qingdao City , from the analysis of domestic and international island tourism development status , combining the domestic and international success stories,.The pursuit of regional integration and development key to the development of characteristic localization is the sustainable development of island tourism.
