沈阳建筑大学 毕业论文 毕 业 论 文 题 目 城乡社会保障制度一体化发展研究 学院专业班级 城市管理2010级—1班 学 生 姓 名 边巴布赤 性别 女 指 导 教 师 李南芳 职称 副教授 二〇一〇四年 月 日摘要 社会保障制度以追求公平公正为基本原则，在调节社会收入分配方面具有其他制度所不可替代的功能。城乡一体化是现代化经济发展过程中的农工业的日渐提高的必然要求，加强城乡间的经济交流与合作，让城乡之间的生产力更好地分工，更好地发展、更加合理的布局，从而取得最好的经济效益。 本文以城乡社会保障一体化为前提，对现阶段城市和乡村的社会保障制度以一体化存在的问题，总结出了制度改革的问题及与国外之间的比较。第一章阐述了论文的研究背景与研究目的及城乡社会保障一体化研究意义与内容，同时给出了研究内容。第二章介绍了关于城乡社会保障制度一体化的相关理论。第三章介绍了现阶段城乡社会保障一体化的现状和存在的问题。第四章介绍了国外社会保障制度并进行了比较。第五章主要讲述怎样才能完善城乡社会保障制度一体化，主要是自己的观点及建议。通过以上的研究希望对现阶段城乡社会保障制度一体化的工作做出一些贡献。 关键词：社会一体化；社会保障；社会保障制度 Abstract Social security system in pursuit of fairness and justice as the basic principles of the system with other irreplaceable function in the regulation of income distribution, social aspects.
