合同的构成部分（Structure of Contract） Generally, the contract is made up by three parts: Preamble, Main Body and Final Clauses. Preamble （开头） Preamble is actually the general principle of the contract; they always contain the corporate or personal names of the parties to the contract and their nationalities, business scope, and principal places of business or residential addresses.
