Abstract Port as a frontline state import and export, the countrys honor and the relationship between economic lifeline; port as a logistics hub of transportation, shipment of goods transport stations, transfer station or terminal, if the lack of this important element of the port, logistics and transport may be stalled. China is a big trading port in Chinas economic development and international trade plays a decisive role. Chinas Port Logistics has its own unique advantages, but late start and lack of guidance the experience, as opposed to Hong Kongs free port, the certain gap. Chinas port infrastructure, technical level and form of organization so there is a big problem, restricted the development of port logistics and reduce the competitiveness of the port logistics. The impact of global economic integration, the regional can not rely solely on their own strengths to cope with various challenges, Hong Kong and Guangdong should adopt complementary advantages .Use of the Pearl River Delta adequate supply and labor, Hong Kong and Macao developed financial, logistics and information systems to co-ordinate the development of strategies throughout the region, to enhance the competitiveness of port logistics first, to strengthen the close cooperation between the port and achieve mutually beneficial to accelerate the steady development of Chinas international trade. Central and local governments for the high degree of awareness in this regard, great support and construction of coastal ports, the Mainland and the HKSAR to promote common prosperity and development of the economy, to strengthen bilateral and other national and local Areas of economic and trade ties, the central governments support, respectively, to reach the (CEPA) and (PPRD).Therefore, Guangdong and Hong Kong ports competitiveness and cooperation in-depth study is necessary. Key Words：Port, Core competence, Development strategy 引言 纵观国内外港口城市的发展轨迹和现代物流发展的历程，港口日益发挥着重要作用。我国沿海港口的发展有效支撑着我国经济的持续高速增长，我国经济的规模化发展有
