摘 要 本文主要介绍了分液器注塑模具的设计方法。首先分析了塑件的工艺特点，包括材料性能、成型特性与条件、结构工艺等，并选择流成型设备。本模具采用一模一腔，直浇口进料，注塑机选择SZ250/1250型号。并详细介绍了浇注系统、冷却系统、成型零件。然后用CAD和Pro/E绘制平面总装图和三维零件图。系统的运用明了的文字、示意图和计算分析塑件，做出合理的模具。 关键词：模具；塑件；CAD；Pro/E；浇注系统 Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design method of the injection mould for the liquid distributor.
