Technical Description of the Manufacturing Process: For Seamless P.A.B. Door System, The skin, foam and substrate of the instrument panel a controlled, reliable breaking point. The JVIS system has a two step process: After the PU Skin is made, the skin is placed in our Cold Knife scoring system. After scoring the I.P. Skin, the I.P. skin and (Injection molded) substrate are placed into our FIP (foam in place) machine and are foamed using a 2K Polyurethane foam. After the FIP operation is complete we will place the foamed assembly into our milling operation. The milling operation has two steps: Step 1: Mill / Router the entire trim line.
