本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 电动剃须刀的结构设计 学 院：________________________ 专 业：________________________ 姓 名：________________________ 学 号：________________________ 指导教师：________________________ 2016年5月11日 摘 要 电动剃须刀使我们日常生活中常见的重要的生活工具之一。电动剃须刀主要由外壳(包括电池盒)、电机、上盖、下盖和剃须头等等组成。外壳多用塑料，网罩采用不锈钢，内刀片多用碳素钢制成。电动剃须刀的工作原理实质上是剪切原理。内刀片和网罩内表面密切配合，胡须和毛发从网罩外面伸入其孔槽内，内刀片高速旋转或往复动作，与网罩形成相对运动，从而将伸入的胡须和毛发剪切掉。 本次毕业设计的题目是电动剃须刀机械结构的设计，该电动剃须刀机械结构的设计，在一定程度上面能够对后续的关于该设备的研发有一定的参考价值，后续也要不断地完善该电子产品的相关机械性能。 关键词：电动剃须刀；上盖；结构；设计 Abstract This article is about the mechanical structure of electric razor design, first of all on the mechanical structure of electric razor made brief overview; followed by analysis of the electric shaver mechanical standard parts selection principles and calculation methods; then calculated based on these design criteria and selection method in accordance with the given parameters requires selection of design; then the choice of mechanical structure of electric razor, the major components are checked.
