The irrigate system, parting, shuck institution and temperature adjust system were also designed. The triaxiality models and the schedule drawings of the mould were done. Finally, MasterCAM software will be used to complete the NC automatic programming of pedal bump mould. At the same time, The Simulation will be achieved. Through this design, the knowledge of more basic and specialty was synthetically applied. The system of knowledge we learned was intensified. The methods and skills of designing plastic mould with Pro/ENGINEER were mastered. Withing the Automatic programming of MasterCAM, the students have mastered the design of tool path, the steps and the principles of Parameters designing.
