毕业设计（论文） 题 目：溶胶-凝胶法制备纺织品相变储 能材料 学 院： 纺 织 与 材 料 学 院 专业班级： 10级 轻化工程 01班 指导教师： 职称： 学生姓名： 学 号： 摘 要 随着人们对服饰时尚及美观要求的提高，让夏季服装清爽宜人以及冬季服装轻薄保暖，成为研究的焦点之一。相变材料特有的蓄热调温性质契合了人们对服装的这种要求，使其在纺织品上的应用研究应运而生。 本文以硅酸钠，柠檬酸，次亚磷酸钠为原料，采用溶胶-凝胶法制备溶胶，再在制备的的溶胶中加入聚乙二醇，进而制备复合相变材料，在制备复合相变材料过程中，主要研究的问题一，相变材料分子量的选择；二，溶胶的制备；三，相变材料与溶胶比例的确定。试验中，通过步冷曲线，正交试验，DSC测试，确定复合相变材料制备工艺。最后经过浸轧将复合相变材料整理到棉织物上，进一步测试织物降温曲线，升温曲线，白度，手感，再次优化工艺，从而改善纺织品使用性能，提高纺织品的使用价值。 关键词:相变材料，聚乙二醇，硅酸钠，溶胶-凝胶法 ABSTRACT Along with the people to the fashion and aesthetic requirements increase, letsummer cool winter clothing clothing and light and warmth, become the focus ofresearch. Phase change materials unique thermal regulating properties fit thedemands of people to clothing, the application studies on textiles emerge as the times require. In this paper, sodium silicate, citric acid, sodium hypophosphite as raw material,the preparation by sol gel method, and then in the preparation of the sol adding polyethylene glycol, and preparation of composite phase change material, thecomposite phase change materials in preparation process, the main research question one, phase change material molecular weight selection; two, sol preparation; three, determine the phase change material and sol ratio. In the experiment, by cooling curve, orthogonal test, DSC test, determine the composite phase change material preparation process. Finally after padding the composite phase change material finishing for cotton fabric, further testing fabric coolingcurve, temperature curve, whiteness, handle, re optimization process, so as to improve the textile performance, enhance the value of textiles.
