JOB DESCRIPTION A fast-growing global real estate buy-side firm with a successful track record. You will be involved in all aspects of the real estate investment and structured finance business including acquisition, disposition, financing, and internal reporting. RESONSIBILITIESFormulate business development plan, maintain relationship with key agencies, source direct investment opportunities, evaluate and assess deals, write project proposal, structuring MA, build deal pipeline, perform various underwriting and market/property due diligence, support in reporting to investors. JOB QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of relevant real estate experience, such as real estate development, management, underwriting, construction, securitization, structured finance or consulting, is required. Private equity / real estate investment fund experience is also helpful Attention to detail, willingness to work hard and ability to fit into a small, collegial work environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic settings Strategic and logic thinking, able to develop a long term business development strategy Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical abilities in real estate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
