Key Words：Taiwan strait and Chinese Mainland, Financial services, suggestion，development，prospect 引 言 加强两岸金融服务业合作发展是建设海峡两岸经济区的一个重要内容。相对于我国大陆而言，台湾金融业开发得较早些，台湾金融业经营理念及应对全球化的措施值得大陆借鉴，大陆金融业与台湾金融业的互补是海峡两岸追求共同繁荣的重要途径，两岸金融服务业携手发展具有深远的意义。 1.两岸金融服务业发展意义 两岸金融服务业合作是伴随着两岸经贸合作产生和发展的。台商在大陆的投资，对台湾经济带来巨大的影响，改变了台湾出口巿场的比例。过去台湾出口额48%以美国为目标，而现在台湾向大陆的出口已经占台湾总出口额的40%。在2004至2006年，台湾的平均GDP增长为4%，内需只贡献了1.5%，外需贡献了2.5%，其中主要是来自对大陆的出口，显然两岸经贸合作对台湾具有很重大的影响。两岸经贸合
