湖南广播电视大学 开放教育、成人教育专科毕业作业 题 目： 浅谈企业融资 学 号： 姓 名： 分 校： 教 学 点： 指导教师： 湖南广播电视大学教务处制  内容摘要 　中小型企业是我国乃至世界国民经济中的重要组成，中小企业的发展对于完善市场经济体制，实现社会现代化，为国有企业改革创造良好的外部环境，发挥着重要作用。目前，中小企业已成为我国社会经济体系的重要组成部分，是吸纳众多劳动力就业、培育新的经济增长点的主要载体。已成为拉动国民经济的新的增长点，是推动我国经济景气上行的主要动力之一。但就其整体发展状况而言，中小企业又是社会经济中的弱势群体，在其日益发展壮大过程中，受许多因素制约，使其面临着许多困难，受制于我国当前独特的体制、机制和政策等，中小企业发展面临着许多企业自身难以克服的经济、制度以及法律等方面的矛盾和问题。其中，其中尤为突出的是融资难的问题，资金紧张、融资问题更是首当其冲，成为人们高度关注的一个问题。融资得不到解决，势必严重影响国民经济以及国民生活，鉴于此，如何找到一条能够长期，稳定，高效的面向中小企业的融资之道，是我国乃至世界各国共同的目标，也是金融界力求破解的一道难题。本文通过整理和总结中外中小企业融资经验教训的基础上，就如何解决中小企业融资难提出应对之策。 关键词：中小企 融资难  Content The Small and medium enterprises of our country and even the world is an important component of national economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to perfect the market economic system, realizing the social modernization, for the reform of state-owned enterprises, and create a good external environment, plays an important role.
