病人档案管理系统分析.doc

大连科技学院 数据库 题 目 ************************** 起讫日期 2015年 12月 07日 至 2015年 12月 18 日 学生姓名 专业班级 软件工程金融11-1班 指导教师 所在单位 完成日期 2015 年 月日 摘　　要 在过去的病人档案管理，大部分是人工档案，档案完成后，不易长期存放，不容易查找信息。该系统采用计算机档案信息对患者档案信息进行管理，利用计算机和通讯设备，为医院的各部门提供患者的诊疗信息和行政管理信息的收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力，并满足患者、患者家属查看患者的档案。设计的系统使用方便，查找便利，有利于患者管理自己的基本资料和医疗记录的跟踪。 本文章从现实的角度针对医院设计并实现了一个病人数据管理系统，主要介绍了医院相关信息系统的研究背景以及研究现状和存在问题，同时本文还阐述了研究目的、研究意义和文论结构，其次介绍了医院病人管理系统的关键技术和难点以及采用的技术和平台，详细介绍了病人管理系统的框架结构和解决方案的具体实现过程和测试过程，最后对本文进行了总结并对医院信息化建设进行了展望和设想。 关键词：病人档案管理 ABSTRACT（可省略） Previous patient records management, most are hand-written, file is produced, not easy to durable, not easy to find them. The system uses a computer file on patient information management, computer and communications equipment for the hospital department of administration to provide patient care information and information collection, storage, processing, extraction and data exchange capabilities, and meet patients, their families view patient records.
