To this kind of company，the research of function orientation, the corporation governance structure, the organization structure, the investment management, the risk management, human resources management and so on are relatively lagged behind, many questions also lack the thorough discussion . The dissertation attempts to analyze the series of questions in capital operation of state-owned investment holding company. This dissertation introduces nature, character, the development stage of state-owned investment holding company. And systematically reviews the related theory of the capital operation.
