However, on the civilization construction status, following problems exists:石灰石粉制备系统改造工程： Limestone crushing . transportation system: 1.1施工现场流动吸烟、不戴安全帽、高处作业不系安全带等习惯性违章还时有发生,会议多次要求，并未引起施工单位重视。1.1 Habitually regulation violation such as mobile smoking, un-wearing safety helmet and safety belt on-height always happens. We have required on the meeting for many times, the construction company didn’t think high of that. 1.2柱磨房框架继续向上施工，但作业层无防护栏杆、无操作平台、未设安全密目立网、部分施工人员高处作业不系安全带，存在安全隐患。1.2 Grinding mill frame continues to work upside, there is no protection rail, operation platform and safety mesh on the operation level, some workers do not ware safety belt on height, there is unsafe potential.1.3原有干灰棚屋顶上堆放钢管、扣件、钢筋等，无任何防护措施，堆放的杂物极易向下滑落，交叉作业的施工人员构成严重安全隐患。1.3 Steel pipe, fastener and steel bars is piled on the roof of original dry ash shelter, without any protection measures, piled sundries is easily to slide down, which should be heavily unsafe potential to cross-operation workers. 脱硫工程Desulfurization project1.4粉仓支架继续向上施工，作业层临边防护栏杆还未形成、安全密目网多次要求未挂设完善，作业层未满铺脚手板，现场堆放的杂物未及时清理,随处可见。1.4 Powder silo support work continues, protection rail and safety mesh is not formed on the edge of operation level，which has been required for many times, scaffold floor is not fully paved, sundr
