淮安信息职业技术学院 毕业论文 题 目 智能小区宽带接入方案设计 学生姓名 李亚 学 号 系 部 计算机与通信工程学院 专 业 通信技术 班 级 370113 指导教师 史红彦 顾问教师 二零一三年十一月 摘 要 随着经济的发展，人们对居住环境要求不断提高，希望有一个安全、舒适、便捷的家，智能小区于是在中国各地蓬勃发展起来，并已成21世纪建筑业的发展主流。小区网络系统在整个智能小区系统中，无疑是处在核心地位。智能小区是在智能大厦的基本含义中扩展和延伸出来的，它通过对小区建筑群四个基本要素（结构、系统、服务、管理以及它们之间的内在关联）的优化考虑，提供一个投资合理，又拥有高效率、舒适、温馨、便利以及安全的居住环境。住宅智能化系统正式在这一前提下，伴随着住宅建设的高潮而提出来的新概念。住宅建设产业正日益成为国民经济新的增长点，这一概念也必将得到广泛的讨论，变得越来越清晰，体现的越来越具体。本文通过分析了目前小区宽带网的接入方式和对小区宽带接入网的规划设计，根据目前较普及的小区宽带接入方式和网络服务，采用FTTX+LAN接入技术，再通过网线接入用户，从而提供共享带宽，制定出一套合理的小区宽带接入网规划方案。 关键词：智能小区 宽带网络 接入网 方案设计 Abstract With the development of economy, people asked constantly improve the living environment, and hope to have a safe, comfortable, convenient, intelligent community and flourished throughout China, and has become the mainstream of the development of building industry in twenty-first Century.
