摘 要 通常所谓的智能小区技术即是在住宅小区内采用4C技术（Computer计算机、Automatic Control自动控制、Communication通讯、IC Card智能卡），建立一个由服务管理中心、接入网和家庭智能化系统组成的信息集成网络系统，对各种信息实现全面、实时、有效地接收、传递、采集和监控。为住户提供一个安全、舒适、便捷、节能、高效的生活环境。 随着人们生活水平的提高，对居住环境的要求不断提高，加上近年来计算机和信息产业的发展，智能化以极快的步伐进入到住宅小区和家庭中。并且在智能化的要求越来越高、智能化系统越来越庞大、家居环境舒适度越来越高的情况下。老一代的通讯系统已跟不上整体技术的进步。 开放的CAN-bus具有优越简洁等诸多特点，使得CAN-bus总线设备和CAN-bus总线系统的更加智能化。CAN-bus总线完全可以将智能小区和智能楼宇的所有控制系统有机的连接在一起，彻底的实现分布管理、集中控制。并能有效的控制系统的成本投入，减少工程的后期维护和维修。 关键词: 智能建筑 C-Bus总线 控制  ABSTRACT Often so-called intelligent village technology that is in residential district with 4 C technology (if the Computer Control Automatic Control, correlate, Communication, IC Card visitors smart Card), establish a by the service management center, access network and family intelligent system components of the integration of information network system, to all kinds of information all-round, real-time, effectively receive, the transmission, acquisition and monitoring.
