These cases reveal the declining of morality and inefficiency of related department. What’s more, the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend. Apart from moral condemnation, it also requires integral efforts from different authorities, especially the law enforcement departments and supervisory bodies.
