摘要 本篇设计是异形垫板的冲模设计。首先根据所给的零件的各种尺寸、生产的批量以及材料等要求进行信息采集。对零件先进行模具的结构和工艺方案的确定，然后进行冲压方案的确定，确定排样以及材料利用率，计算凸凹模的刃口尺寸，初选压力机及压力中心的计算，确定模架以及凸凹模和零、部件各项尺寸，校核压力机，绘制装配图以及零件图。在结构设计中，由于所选零、部件选用的都是国家的标准零件，同事也对部分零件进行加工工艺的分析，并完成了这篇异形垫板冲模设计的毕业论文。 关键词：冲压；刃口；结构； Abstract This design is the design of special-shaped plate die.
