我国企业对外投资本土化经营的策略研究 摘 要 经济全球化的浪潮席卷了世界的每一个角落。全世界大多数的国家和地区正式加入到世界贸易组织，占据大部分的全球产值，而其他国家和地区也通过双边或多边贸易等方式参与到世界经济当中。跨国公司在全球化过程当中起到领头作用。抢占全球资源，走出国门，立足当地发展，成为各跨国公司对外投资的主要策略。 经过几十年的发展，我国经济取得令人瞩目的成绩，形成了一批初具规模的大型企业集团。“十二五”期间，为谋求更广泛地参与国际竞争，我国企业将深入推进对外投资本土化经营步伐。但由于体制改革的滞后、对外经验的匮乏、发展程度的不高以及客观环境的变化等等因素的制约，在对外投资本土化经营过程中，我国企业仍然需要解决很多迫在眉睫的问题。本文从系统概述对外投资本土化经营的方式和作用开始，剖析我国企业对外投资本土化经营的现状及不足，分析国内外在对外投资本土化经营中比较成功的案例，找到适用于我国企业对外投资本土化经营的一般性策略，以达到帮助我国企业更好地发展我国经济和开拓国际市场的研究目的。 关键词：对外投资 本土化经营 策略 Study of Strategies on Domestic Enterprises Outward Investment Operation of Localization Abstract The tide of economic globalization is sweeping every corner of the world. Most of the countries and regions around the world officially accede to the World Trade Organization, occupying most of the global output, while others participate in the global economy by means of bilateral or multilateral trade. Multinational corporation plays a leading role in the process of global economy. Based on local development, it has become a major strategy for multinational corporation’s outward investment to seize the global resources while going abroad. After several decades of development, China’s economy has achieved remarkable results and the formation of a number of large enterprise groups are beginning to take shape. During the Twelfth Five-year Plan period, in order to seek wider participation in international competition, China will further promote outward investment operation of localization. However, due to the restrictions of system reform lags, lacking of outward experience, lower level of development, changing in the global environment and other such similar factors, China’s enterprises still need to solve many pressing problems which occurred during the process of locally investment operation.
