能否为顾客提供最优质的产品以及服务,能否使企业保持健康稳定的发展,都要依靠员工的汗水与智慧。所以,对员工进行激励制度,是企业制度建设中不可或缺的重要环节,激励制度建设的成功与否将对企业的成败产生巨大影响。本文将以知识型经济成为主导力量的时代为背景,从对企业员工的薪酬激励方面存在的问题入手,论述现代企业理想薪酬激励制度的目标、员工心理及薪酬结构,并且呼吁企业尽快建立一种以人为本的薪酬激励机制,来提升企业竞争力。
