本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：浅析小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策 院 系： 会计学院 专 业： 会计学 学 号： 1234567890 姓 名： 李 四 指导教师： 张 三 2016年 6月 摘要 近些年，随着我国经济的高速发展，小企业也日益显露出蓬勃的生机与活力。随着我国加入WTO世界贸易组织以来，我国的小型企业，如雨后春笋般的多了起来，并且在市场经济发展中起到了相当重要的战略性地位。但是，因为小企业本身底子就比较薄弱，相对抗风险能力比较弱，加上大的市场环境不好，导致我国的小企业也是举步维艰，生存问题面对着极大的挑战。和大中型企业相比，小企业的财务管理相对比较混乱，缺乏一定的章程，无法发挥出其管理，分配的最大效能。这也就导致了很多的小企业无法抗击市场风险，把握控制资金运作的能力不强，导致企业运营困难，普遍寿命都不长的根本原因所在。很多的小企业，只在乎眼前的蝇头小利，而没有长远的眼光，不重视财务管理，不能够长远的，健康的成长下去。 笔者认为，针对于小企业缺乏财务管理的问题上，既要打老虎，也要拍苍蝇，既要找到大的问题所在，同时也要找到掣肘的细节原因。并针对这大大小小的问题，一一找到解决办法，为日后的小企业财务管理做一个漂亮的模板。 关键词：小企业；财务管理；问题 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small enterprises have become an important part of the national economy and social development. Since China joined the WTO, Chinas small enterprises have encountered unprecedented opportunities for development, but also faced with severe challenges. The core problem of small business is the survival problem, but the key to the maintenance of small business enterprises survival lies in the enterprises financial management. However, due to the external environment and internal environment, the development of small enterprises in China is severely restricted, especially the financial management of the enterprise should not be paid attention to. The vast majority of small enterprises are often one-sided pursuit of short-term economic benefits, while ignoring the real role of financial management to improve the long-term economic benefits of enterprises. Through the research on the financial management of small enterprises, characteristics and current situation of the understanding of the industry, and find out the existing small enterprise financial management problems, analyze the causes, theory with practice, and an antidote against the disease, and put forward the corresponding measures, provide reference for the improvement of the financial management of small enterprises.
