Lily runs faster than Mary. 2、形容词比较级前可用 much, a lot, far,even, still, a little,a bit等说明比较的程度来修饰。 eg:This room is much bigger than that one. This question is a little more difficult than that one. 3、用“ ”结构。表示“越来越……” eg:Things are getting better and better. She is becoming more and more beautiful. 4、“ ”表示“越……,就越……” eg:The more friends we have, the happier we can feel. The more you learn ,the more you will know . 三、形容词和副词的最高级的具体用法 1、表示三者或三者以上的人或事物中谁的程度最高时，用“ +in/of/among”。副词最高级前可加the,也可不加 eg: He is the tallest boy in his class. He studies (the) hardest of the three boys. 2、使用最高级时常用由in /of 引导的介词短语作修饰语，表示范围。但如果上下文已作交代，或说话的双方都能理解所指范围，则可不用修饰语。 eg:Where is the nearest bus station? Who lives ( the) nearest to the school? 四、形容词和副词的原级句型。 1、表示“和……一样……”时，常用“ ”结构。 eg: He is as strong as a horse.
