目前，我国农村大量青壮年外出就业，女性人口成为农村主要劳动力，是建设社会主义新农村的主力军。在农村女性劳动力占比不断提升的今天，提升农村人口职业素质的主要途径是培训和教育，但是农村女性受职业培训和教育机会较少，这不仅限制了农村女性发展，也不利于社会主义新农村建设。因此，分析当前农村女性职业教育和培训遇到的问题，制定有针对性的解决对策和建议，对加快社会主义新农村建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以社会主义新农村建设为背景，主要探讨农村女性劳动力的职业培训路径问题，研究进一步提升农村女性劳动力就业技能的对策。 本文选取山西省孝义市胜溪新村为研究对象，采取了调查分析和实地考察的方法，重点调查走访了该市某些在特色产业发展具有一定规模的乡镇，深入了解他们在职业教育和培训方面的情况，同时还通过问卷调查，基本掌握了这些地区农村职业教育的发展现状和困难，本文对上述问题进行了深入分析，并提出了有效应对措施。 全文由六章组成，第一章是绪论，主要介绍本文选题背景和意义，分析国内外相关研究现状，提出本文主要研究内容。第二章主要对“城郊新村女性劳动力职业培训”等相关概念进行界定，为开展研究奠定基础。第三章主要是案例的基本介绍部分，主要介绍孝义市胜溪新村女性劳动力的基本情况。第四章针对孝义市胜溪新村女性劳动力的职业培训供求问题，进行系统分析，包括培训供给和培训需求两方面。第五章对策建议部分，针对孝义市胜溪新村女性劳动的职业培训存在的问题，提出促进孝义市胜溪新村女性劳动的职业培训路径与机制。第六章为结语，提出本文研究结论与展望。 关键词：农村女性劳动力；新农村建设；农村职业教育；孝义市胜溪新村 Abstract At present, the large number of rural young migrant employment, the female population has become the main labor force in rural areas, it is the main force in building a new socialist countryside. Female labor force in rural areas the proportion rising today, the main way to enhance the quality of rural vocational training and education, but rural women suffer less vocational training and education opportunities, which not only limits the development of rural women, is not conducive to a new socialist rural construction.
