Methods: Use the Scale(ATMD and CCSAS) to evaluate the freshmen. Results: Time Management Disposition and adaptability significant positive correlation (r = 0.64, p 0.01); The difference between Time Management Disposition low score (M = 2.94, SD = 0.28) and the high group (M = 4.20, SD = 0.28) in adaptation was significant (F = 1120.89, p 0.001); The difference between CCSAS low score (M = 3.17, SD = 0.43) and the high group (M = 3.51, SD = 0.36) on time management Disposition was significant (F = 54.09, p 0.001).
