Real estate cost relationship with the terminal sale price, affect the interests of buyers, but also affects the developers. And from the perspective of the local government for mastering and controlling real estate costs, help from the macroscopic Angle analysis of the regional real estate market development trend, and provide necessary basis for subsequent decision-making and reference. So, the research of real estate project development cost, analysis how to control the cost of development, for developers, the purchasers and the government has important significance.
