民族社会工作与民族地区社会经济问题研究 胡峪龙 中央民族大学管理学院民族政治学研究生 北京市海淀区中关村南大街27号 邮编：100081 摘要：民族地区社会工作的特点是：社会工作人才队伍规模小、专业化程度低。社区工作者与服务对象的沟通和服务能力不足；民族社会工作表现为文化敏感性对多民族地区社会工作的影响很大，族群优势对社会工作中的帮助功不可没。但是民族地区社会经济发展存在许多问题如：社会发育程度与发展社会主义市场经济的矛盾、经济发展与环境保护的矛盾、公平与效率的矛盾、农业农村农民问题与民族地区经济发展的关系等问题。解决这些问题的方法是：进一步重视我国民族社会工作对社会经济发展的作用、抓紧培养民族社会工作工作者队伍保障民族地区社会经济发展、树立民族社会工作的价值观念改善民族地区社会经济发展的观念、加强民族社会工作队伍建设为民族地区社会经济发展提供组织保障。 关键词：民族社会工作 民族地区 经济问题 研究 Study of Ethnic Social Work and Social Economy in Ethnic Minority Areas HU Yu-long Abstract: The characteristics of social work in national regions is: social work talent team of small scale, low degree of specialization. Community workers and communication of the service object and service ability is insufficient; National social work performance as the cultural sensitivity has much effect on the multi-national area social work, group advantage of social work to help. But there are a number of problems with social and economic development in national regions, such as: social development degree and development of the contradiction of the socialist market economy, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, the conflict between fairness and efficiency, agricultural rural peasant problem and the problem such as the relationship between the economic development in national regions. The ways to solve these problems are: further attaches great importance to the national social work in China on the function of social and economic development and to cultivate the ethnic social work workforce safeguard social and economic development in national regions, set up the ethnic social work values to improve the idea of social and economic development in national regions, strengthening the construction of ethnic social work team organization guarantee for social and economic development in national regions.
