Today, more than 90% of large companies have implemented comprehensive budget management in America: the highest proportion is manufacturing enterprises, followed by wholesale and retail trade. Comprehensive budget management as a high gold content management tools, has mix with corporate management culture in the United States. In recent years, with economic integration, many domestic enterprises continue to learn from advanced western companies. Draw on their excellent management philosophy, and according to the actual domestic economic situation and business environment improved, promoting the development of enterprise, an enterprise to ensure a powerful tool to achieve strategic objectives. After numerous practical tests in the market, more and more domestic enterprises recognized they should begin to develop comprehensive budget with its own values.
