摘 要 建筑工程项目成本管理系统对于建筑工程项目成本计算、成本控制至关重要。 合理的体系结构、合适的开发平台、灵活的应用程序与数据库管理系统接口，数据采集系统与成本管理系统接口，对于开发高效、稳定的建筑工程项目成本管理系统非常关键。 本论文对中建一局集团项目成本管理系统进行了深入的研究。文章首先对成本管理进行了分析，在此基础上提出了需求，进行了需求分析，依据计算原则和功能要求，确立了系统的总体设计方案，并进行了总体设计和详细设计。本文对于中建一局集团建筑工程项目成本管理系统的数据采集、数据处理等关键问题做了详细介绍。 文中详细介绍了建筑工程项目成本管理软件系统的具体设计思路和实施方案，并结合工程项目的要求对整个数据库设计、系统安全性设计、各功能模块的实现、软件开发中的关键技术和算法作了深入的研究。实践证明：中建一局集团项目成本管理系统，在系统的整体性能、可靠性和安全性等方面均达到了设计要求。 关键词：项目管理，成本计算，建筑工程，软件工程 Abstract Information system of construction engineering cost (ISCEC) is crucial to cost budget and cost control for construction engineering. In order to develop an efficient and steady ISCEC, the keys lie in the logical structure, the suitable platform, the flexible interface between application and DBMS, and the proper interface between data acquisition system and information management system. This paper has made an intensive study of the ISCEC of Zhongjianyiju.The paper first analyse the cost manage ,and based on these,put forward the requirements,and analyse the requirements, according as principle and function requirements,deside the design solutions,made the whole design and detailed plans. At the same time, paper introduces consretely pivotal points of ISCEC of Zhongtieyiju such as data acquisition, data processing and quote. Paper introduces the cost of construction project management software system design and implementation of specific programs, combined with the studies thoroughly system development environment, database design,system securety design, accomplishment of every function module, key techniques and arithmetic in software development.Practices show that the project cost management systems overall performance, reliability and security are up to the design requirements.
