獻血者穿刺部位皮肤消毒方法的消毒效果评估修.docVIP

浙江省血液中心质量法规部， 浙江省杭州市武林路345号，310006， e-mail：houdd@ 手机单位电话：0571IS 2.0信息系统中查询献血的信息。结果 碘酊法细菌载量下降率为99.57%，安尔碘法为95.33%，聚维酮碘法92.52%，复合碘棉签法为87.18%。献血者年龄、性别和既往献血次数和细菌载量下降率之间未发现有相关性，单采血小板成分献血者消毒前增加清洁步骤可以使细菌载量下降率增加。结论 本研究的结果表明四种消毒方法中碘酊法的消毒效果最好，安尔碘法和聚维酮碘法也可达到较好的消毒效果，但需要较长的作用时间，复合碘棉签的长度和所含消毒剂的量不适用于采供血机构的消毒操作，消毒效果未达到90%。根据需要在皮肤消毒前增加清洁步骤，可提高消毒剂的消毒杀菌效果。 关键词： 手臂皮肤消毒，细菌污染，血液采集 Evaluation of the antimicrobial effect of blood donor arm disinfection methods ZHU Li-wei，MENG Zhong-hua，WANG Li，NI Bo，WANG Yong-jun, LV Hang-jun （Blood Center of Zhengjiang Province，Hangzhou，Zhejiang 310006，China） Abstract: OBJECTIVE Evaluation of the antimicrobial effect of skin disinfection techniques is essential to avoid the transmission of infectious agents during blood transfusion. The arm of this study was to examine the effectiveness of four methods of arm skin disinfection used in blood donors. METHODS Skin antisepsis was performed with 2% tincture of iodine, Anerdian ，7.5% povidine-iodine or Compound iodine disinfectant cotton stick. A contact plate culture was done on each phlebotomy site before and after disinfection for colony counting. The microbial reduction associated with each antiseptic was then determined. The phlebotomy site of apheresia donor was cleaned with a 75% ethyl alcohol soaked gauze pad before disinfection. Donor characteristics were collected from the unified blood information system. RESULT The percentage of microbial reduction was higher for 2% tincture of iodine method (99.57%) when compared with Anerdian method (95.33%), 7.5% povidine-iodine method (92.52%) or compound iodine disinfectant cotton stick method (87.18%). We did not find statistically significant relationships between donor characteristics and microbial reduction. Cleaning with a 75% ethyl alcohol pad before disinfection increased the microbial reduction. CONCLUSION Tincture of iodine method produced best antimicrobial activity in four arm skin disinfections.
