Meanwhile we also emphasized the importance of psychological communication between the nurses and the patients. Results:nbsp; Humanitarian concern improves nursing quality and the rapport between medical staff and patients. According to our questionnaire the patients?satisfaction rate increased from 88% before our research to 98% by the end of the research.
