人鼻息肉组织及外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群分布的研究 【摘要】nbsp; 目的：研究鼻息肉组织及外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群分布 ，探讨T细胞介导的免疫反应与鼻息肉形成的关系。方法：采用免疫组化及流式细胞术检测70例鼻息肉患者鼻息肉组织、外周血T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+的表达，并与30位志愿者下鼻甲粘膜、正常人外周血进行比较。结果：鼻息肉组织中可见各种炎细胞浸润，CD4+和CD8+细胞数增多（Plt;0.05）；其中CD4+细胞明显多于CD8+细胞。CD4/CD8与对照组有显著性差异（Plt;0.01）。鼻息肉患者外周血中CD4+和CD8+细胞数及CD4+/CD8+比值与对照组有显著性差异。结论：鼻息肉组织和外周血中有大量T淋巴细胞浸润且高度表达CD4细胞，提示鼻息肉的形成与T淋巴细胞亚群免疫失衡有关。 【关键词】nbsp; 鼻息肉 T淋巴细胞亚群 免疫组织化学 流式细胞术 　　The Expression of T-lymphocyte Subsets in the Nasal Polyps Tissues and Peripheral Blood of Humannbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Abstract： Objective： To investigate the infiltration of T lymphocytesnbsp; in nasal polyp tissues and the peripheral blood, to analyze the roles of the immunity reaction of T-lymphocyte in the formation of Nasal polyp. Method： Nasal polyp tissue samples and peripheral blood were obtained from 70 patients.The inferior turbinate mucosa were obtained from 30 volunteers and the normal peripheral blood as comparison. The nasal polyp tissue samples and compared group subjects were studied by immunohistochemical method, the peripheral blood was studied by FCM. Result：There were significantly large number of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in nasal polyp tissue samples （Plt;0.05）. A significant predominance of CD4+ cells over CD8+ cells was found in the two subgroups tissues samples (subepithelia, arounding glands and blood vessels) of nasal polyp. The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the under-epidermic layer and around the blood vessel gland in the nasal polyps tissues samples (1.96±0.18、1.99±0.19)was significant difference compared with that in compared group(1.18±0.15、1.02±0.15) (Plt;0.01).CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ were significant difference in the peripheral blood in Nasal polyps compared with those in compared group .Conclusion： There were generous of T-lymphocyte infiltrating in nasal polyps.The expression of CD4+in T-lymphocyte was abnormally high,which indicated that the formation of nasal polyp is relevent to the off-balance of the immunity of T-lympho
