冠心病患者血清MMP9水平测定及临床意义 【摘要】nbsp; 目的 观察不同类型冠心病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的水平变化，探讨MMP-9与冠心病的关系。方法 选取我院心内科及湘雅二医院2006年9月～2007年4月入院诊断为冠心病的患者101例，其中最后诊断为急性心肌梗死（AMI）33例，不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）37例，稳定型心绞痛（SAP）31例。健康对照组（C）20例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）测定血清MMP-9的水平。结果 （1）AMI组、UAP组与SAP组患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平均显著高于对照组（P＜0.01，P＜0.01,P＜0.05）。（2）AMI组与UAP组患者血清MMP-9水平均显著高于SAP组（P均＜0.01）。（3）AMI组患者MMP-9水平与UAP组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。（4）按SAP、UAP到AMI由轻到重的等级排列，MMP-9的水平由低到高依序增高。结论 冠心病患者血清MMP-9水平升高。血清MMP-9水平增高提示斑块的不稳定性，同时也可以作为冠心病患者危险分层的一个重要生化监测指标，预测急性冠脉事件的发生。 【关键词】nbsp; 冠心病 急性心肌梗死 不稳定型心绞痛 稳定型心绞痛 基质金属蛋白酶-9 nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Measurement and clinical significance on serum MMP-9 in patients with coronary heart disease nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; ［Abstract］nbsp; Objectivenbsp; To observe the fluctuation of serum matrixnbsp; metalloproteinases-9（MMP-9）in different types of coronary heart disease patients,and discuss the relation between MMP-9 and coronary heart disease.Methodsnbsp; 101 patients were chosen with first impression of coronary heart disease from September 2006 to April 2007 in two hospitals,the medical heart ward of the eighth hospital in Changsha and second affiliated hospital of Xiangya University,at last,in which 33 patients were diagnosed with Acute Myocardial Infarction（AMI）,37 patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris（UAP）,31patients with Stable Angina Pectoris（SAP）.20 healthy people were chosen as comparison team（C）.The method of Two Antibody “Sandwich” Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）was used to determine the concentration of serum MMP-9.Resultsnbsp; （1）The concentrations of serum matrix metalloproteinases-9（MMP-9）in AMI patients,UAP patients,SAP patients were all significantly higher than in the healthy people of comparison team（Plt;0.01,Plt;0.01,Plt;0.05）.（2）The concentrations of matrix metalloproteinases-9（MMP-9）in AMI patients,UAP patients were significantly higher than in patients with SAP（P all lt;0.01）.（3）Compared the different concentrations of serum MMP-9 between the pa
