METHODS:nbsp; Sixty elder patients of coronary artery disease were randomly allocated to groups A and B and treated respectively with GTF together with routine western medicine(n=30) and mere routine western medicine(n=30), all with a coursenbsp; ofnbsp; 4 weeks. RESULTS: After treatment, the concentration ofnbsp; the hsCRPnbsp; in the 2nbsp; groups differednbsp; obviously（Plt;0.01）; in relieving symptoms and in improving electrocardiogram(ECG) group A was better than groupnbsp; B（Plt;0.05 or Plt;0.01）.CONCLUSION:nbsp; Thenbsp; treatment effect of GTF together with routine western medicine is superior to that of the simple routine western medicine. nbsp; 　　【Keywords】 Guantongfang; Coronary disease; CReactive protein 　　【摘要】目的： 探讨冠通方对冠心病超敏C反应蛋白浓度的影响. 方法： 将60例冠心病老年患者,随机分成冠通方（由田七、丹参、地龙、瓜蒌、生晒 参、绞股蓝、陈皮、麦冬组成）加西药治疗组（治疗组A组）30例;西药治疗组（对照组B组）30例. 4 wk为1疗程. 结果： 经治疗后两组冠心病超敏C反应蛋白的浓度有显著性差异（Plt;0.01），治疗组的症状疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组（Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01）. 结论： 冠通方组降低超敏C反应蛋白浓度优于单纯对照组. nbsp; 　　【关键词】　冠状动脉疾病;C反应蛋白质;冠通方 　　0引言 　　 　　炎症因子在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(Coronary Artery Disease，简称冠心病，CAD)的发病中起着重要作用，
