XX 学 院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目 钻机泵头加工工艺设计 作者 学院 机械工程学院 专业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学号 指导教师 二〇一五 年 四 月 二十三 日摘 要 本次设计的主要内容是钻机泵头加工工艺设计，钻机泵头其主要加工表面及控制位置为和内孔。由零件要求分析可知，保证和内孔尺寸的同时应该尽量保证其同轴度，这对于后工序装配和总成使用上来说都有重要影响。所以，工序安排时，采取以左视图中大底面粗定位夹紧加工后，对内孔进行镗削加工同时成型。因其粗糙度为Ra6.3，可通过粗镗、半精镗满足。对于钻俯视图中6-M10螺纹孔时，主要以钻机泵头左视图的下部小端面进行定位，控制其自由度，以达到加工出来的产品满足要求并且一致性好的目的。 本文的研究重点在于通过对钻机泵头的工艺性和力学性能分析，对加工工艺进行合理分析，选择确定合理的毛坯、加工方式、设计高效、省力的夹具，通过实践验证，最终加工出合格的钻机泵头零件。 关键词：钻机泵头；加工余量；工艺；夹具 全套图纸，加153893706 ABSTRACT The lathe is mainly refers to the workpiece rotation movement, mobile tools for processing into rotary movement of the machine tool surface.
